I've got a lovely borderline migraine caused by the glasses today. No love. So the update will be brief. Had to shift the workout to weights because of the headache and nausea. And let me tell you, healthy food does not like to sit well  on the tummy when you are nauseated.

The win for the day, I didn't just toss either the workout or the rules. No easy to eat junk food. I've got nice, prepared meals and by gum I'm going to eat them. So there.
