You know what's great about having your own little mini garden? Getting to just sit out front of your apartment, enjoying the breeze, whilst the cats investigate the boxes. It's only going to get better as things hopefully start growing.

I took dinner outside this evening. It was a nice and simple ravioli, made from scratch earlier in the week. The pasta dough was a simple combination of semolina, yard raised chicken eggs, a little salt, and a smidge of olive oil. The filling was a tomato basil goat feta cheese from the farmer's market. Add in some roma tomato and you have a very nice, simple meal for the evening.

I'm starting to feel a nice little groove going on this new eating gig.
