I'm completing some workout programs for clients tonight and trying to catch up on my reading list. But I wanted to take a quick moment to recognize someone who's inspiring me every day.

I met Margaret Angell on a fitness website I hang out on.Like many Americans she's fighting to get her weight and life under control. She's tackling the weight head on. She's on a mission to lose 100 pounds in the next year. She's just finished up her first 3 months with awesome results! She's down 22 pounds!

Guys, this is the reality. This is how you lose weight and keep it off. It's about slow, steady, and sustainable progress.
