Gotta dig in a bit this week and keep things moving forward. Nothing has been catching my attention writing wise, and that’s when you have to just ramble a bit and keep the habit going. Habits are like a computer program for your mind and body. You have to at least engage in the motions in order to kick the program into gear.
At times you spend a lot of effort going nowhere. Yet that going nowhere is valuable. It’s time where you are actively working to reprogram your mind and body. It’s when it’s hardest that you just have to grind it out. It ain’t pretty, but it works.
