The decision to change your life is this simple wake up, then make a decision. Waking up is the tricky part. It can be a case of just needing to get up one morning and say, “Let’s do this”. More often the awakening is gradual. There’s layers that have to peel back a bit at a time to allow for true discovery. Thing is, if you wait to wake up, chances are you never will. You have to take a role in the process. You have to be willing to engage and make decisions. You have to set your personal alarm clock so that you do wake up.

You do this by combining physical work to strengthen the body, and mental work to help clear the mind. Both pieces are needed to set that personal alarm. Without them, you will drift along in a twilight land, neither awake or asleep, frantically waiting for an alarm to go off that you never set.
